Bill decided he had to do something different to help our business take off, so he decided to allow customers to bring their own parts. Melissa thought it was a crazy idea and it would never work, but she was wrong. Bill rolled a sign out to the front of the building that said, “Bring Your Own Parts” and from that day, business picked up. We are the first shop in the area to allow customers to bring their own parts. We do supply parts to those customers that don’t want the task of finding and purchasing their parts. We pride ourselves in providing quality repairs at a fair price.
