Found the lifters were worn down and so was the cam replaced the lifters on cylinder 6 and 8 and replaced the cam. test drove and no further problems at this time.
Drain and fill engine oil and remove and replace oil filter. Top off all fluids, check battery, lights, belts and hoses.
